You can try a Vampliers plier set (I believe the off brand model that's still the same is called Engineer). I was able to get a stripped m.2 screw out with them. I think this was the one, but I got it from Amazon because it was cheaper:

The problem is you may not be able to get on the screw since it seems to be kind of recessed. You could maybe shave some of the cover off to get at them? Idk, you have to be careful of conductive metal flakes on the board itself.

On that board it's just a cover plate, the actual heat sink is that tiny ass bitch next to the screecher fan. The green bit you can see through the fan blades is the chipset substrate.

use a nice bonding agent that hardens like metal. Glue a small nut the the screw, carefully making sure not to bond it with anything else. Use a small socket on a screwdriver handle to twist only until it's loose enough to twist by hand.

If you want you can even get a multi bit screw driver and just glue the fitting bit directly to the screw.
