Anybody else kind of tired of /biz/? It used to be fun, anons used to be funny. There was a perfect mixture of actual in-detail business and financial discussions, along with schizo and shitposting that was actually funny.

I was around for the 30 year old boomer memes and the sharpie up the pooper for crypto posts. I've seen the whole rise and fall of countless cryptocurrencies eventually you run out of other people to push crypto on. It's all downstream of biz losing alpha. You absolutely used to be able to find life-changing financial advice on this board, yes you had to dig for it and filter out a ton of noise but it was here. A community formed around that which was retarded, lively, fun, energetic, optimistic, all sorts of things born of passion and genuine interest because people knew buried deep somewhere in here was the key to actually making it, 10000x gems, high conviction full port plays, etc. That alpha moved on to CT and fintwit around 2020-21 and from there to gated telegram and discord groups around 23-24. There is nothing left here but 70iq mouthbreathers fishing around in the couch cushions for a quarter that isn't there anymore, and without the thrill of the chase and the promise of the payout there is no reason to expend energy here memeing, researching, making frens, whatever.
