I just had one of the best tuna salad sandwiches I've ever had.

You remember that I brought up this topic before. We were trying to get to what makes the best tuna salad. Today, the one I had was the basic version: onions, tuna, mayo, and a myriad of spices. What really kicked this one into high gear was that they added garlic and Old Bay seasoning to it! Sweet onions helped to make the flavor lighter and stopped it from having that harsh burn that yellow onions usually give. A touch of lemon juice gave it some zing.
