I scoured everything I could find online to find a good gluten-free pasta replacement and I landed on Jovial brand.

I'd tried other brands, I mentioned it before. The pasta made from corn tasted like wet corn chips (NO! Not cornflakes! Think: soggy Fritos). Lentils turned into mush. Chickpea got all slimy. I really wasn't impressed with any of those options.
