Mass. law Chapter 62F states that if tax revenue exceeds the cap for the state. the money WILL be refunded to the taxpayers. Which did happen in 2022. $3 BILLION was refunded to the taxpayers.

Now the (D) run state senate wants to repeal that portion of the law. They want what they take, no matter how much it is.
