I thought the previous effort was too hard to follow "José Molcajete" would have tripped up too many people with that silent "J".

我觉得之前的努力太难懂了，“José Molcajete”这个名字里那个不发音的“J”会让太多人懵圈。

Anyway...

So, I debated for a while about if I really wanted to make it or not, I was still going to make Johnny Marzetti, but then I remembered that I had some frozen Chicken Parmigiana in the deep freeze that I could use later in the week if I was having a craving for something Italian.
