Cabbage, potato, leek, ham and cheddar...!?

What do we call this? I know it isn't "cabbage, potato, leek, ham and cheddar casserole"...it must have a simpler name.

The Irish version is "Colcannon", but I'm sure I've heard it called something else.

I have had a craving for a dish I haven't had in over 20 years. It was like a potato au gratin with ham. It was sensational. I've made similar things over the decades but nothing quite like it.
