Ive gone through almost 2 failing power supplys from am4/am5 and im here to ask a question that many people have avoided.

Because what i have learned is that in the aggressive overclocking that AMD says is safe is that the CPU frequency on most amd motherboards CONSTANTLY flucates to absurdly high/low values within less than a second. putting a strain on the PSU and slowly causing it to fail..
