There's 35 yo uncs working as junior developers in my company. I personally mentor a guy who's 28 and just starting out and babysitting for him to solve his problems is tiresome. Most of them are retards who fell for the learn 2 code meme and just got in it seeing the field as a get rich quick scheme.

actually working out pretty well, it's amazing how quickly you get used to full time job from neetdom

and it's a small comfy company where half the people are semi retired people over 60 without any office politics games that my autistic ass wouldn't be able to handle
