I had that before with a counterfeit usb.
我以前也遇到过，买了个假冒的U盘。
I was able to low level format the usb and get its true capacity, still use it to this day for mundane shit. technically a free usb since I got a refund for the counterfeit.
我后来低级格式化了一下，搞清了它的真实容量，到现在还在拿来存些破玩意儿。说起来这U盘等于是白嫖的，因为退货退款了。
