The only software paradigms that really exist or are usable are the current mess of operating systems and browser standards. Windows 11, macOS, Chrome, Android, iOS. And crappy legacy languages like C/C++ are still the dominant ones, and honestly required if you want your software to actually work. Python, for example still depends partly on C/C++ underneath.
