At least just tossing it in the dumpster and letting it be someone else's problem is viable but to do it properly it's ridiculously hard.
至少直接扔垃圾箱让别人头疼是可行的，但要正经处理那就难得离谱。
Can't the government just do something about this so people aren't footing the bill for throwing their own stuff out?
