If it lost your profile, you can recover it. It's quite easy once you know how.

I'm referring to the one right under [Install****] and then the one under [Profile0], you can ignore [Profile1], replace those and your old profile should be restored along with bookmarks and history.

I've only had this happen to me after BSODs, never after updates. I'm not trying to defend Firefox, it's shitty that this happens, but it's easy to fix.

Subprofiles (which are the regular multiple profiles in Firefox, very confusing that they use the same name for both) should be restored as well as they are tied to the main profile, but I don't really use them so I can't say for sure.

子配置文件（就是Firefox里普通的多个配置，超混乱他们用同一个名字称呼两种东西）应该也会跟着主配置恢复，因为它们绑在主配置上，但我不太用，所以不敢打包票。

Also, if you're using only a single profile, it should be easy to find as it has .default-release in its name.
