I was a Sys Admin for a year and realized my job is about to get axed hard.

We just dealt with L1 L2 issues (hate these terms btw) my boss was very cool. She would issue all types of issues to ServiceNow and distribute them to Seniors and Noobs. Of course a lot of L3 issues were gate kept regardless.
