how expensive is it to prepare a bugout location in EU? I was thinking buying a small farm near the water in northern Sweden, put solar panels there, store canned food and water, water purifier, durable seeds and fishing equipment. but I need to send my kids to a school, so I can't actually spend time there except on vacation. or would you suggest another country?
