Tried applying at one of his comapnies for shits and giggles(not giving up wfh unless I get a ridiculous salary) and they asked for a fucking transcript. In all my years of an engineer only these assholes and Aundril asked for a transcript. U are asking for 10+ years excperince in a very specialized engineering field and u are asking for grades from college??? Absolute retardation. Engineering is supposed to be the field were excperince matters more than anything. They underpay engineers by 20 percent also and make u do full time in office just to work on a screen and do zoom/teams meetings.. Of course the jeets put up with it but its so bad even they complain and leave as soon as their H1b finishes.
