A short note on where I am spending my time.
简单说明一下我的时间花在哪了。
It has been a long road, but the recent chapters tell a simple story. In 2022 I stepped back from running Parity to bury myself in the deep protocol and architecture work, the designing and thinking I have always been happiest doing. Last year I picked up the reins as CEO because that groundwork was laid and the world was finally ready for it. The architecture is defined and the bar is set. Now the job is to deliver, and that is where I intend to put my attention.
这条路很长，但最近的篇章讲了一个简单的故事。2022 年，我从运营 Parity 的工作中退居幕后，埋头于深层协议和架构工作——那些我始终最乐在其中的设计和思考工作。去年，我接手担任 CEO，因为前期 groundwork 已经铺好，世界也终于准备好了。架构已定，标准已立。现在的任务是交付，这也是我打算关注的地方。
In practice that means leading the technical side of delivery directly, taking the proofs of concept we have laboured over and hardening them into robust, open-source software that people can actually use. It is the part of the work I know best and care about most, and it is also precisely what this next phase calls for..
实际操作上，这意味着直接主导技术交付，把我们辛苦搞出来的概念验证打磨成稳定、开源、大家真能用的软件。这是我最懂也最在意的工作部分，也正是这一阶段需要的。
