Reminder that India's educational system gives a passing grade for scoring 33-40% on exams. Some professional tests need only 50%. Then they come here by the millions, fail miserably, and manage to stay for years and years past their visas. How? Bouncing in and out of for-profit schools that will take anybody if they pay tuition, which pauses their 60-day vacate clock after their visas run out. Then they find Indian employers that will give them work visas and repeatedly enter them into visa lotteries. Or they just buy fake Bachelors degrees, get into a Western Masters degree on a scholarship and complete it in 3 years with ChatGPT, taking 4 years less than a legitimate White masters student and with next to no debt.
