Wtf happens to u during ur MBA that it turns u into the worst boss imaginable? Why is every boss with an MBA nitpicking stuff that doesnt matter. Why does every boss with an MBA ignore ur actual output? I've had such comically bad excperinces with these people, I avoid them like the plauge.

上了MBA到底是遭了什么罪，能让人变成不可理喻的烂老板？为什么每个有MBA的老板都爱纠结那些无关紧要的破事？为什么他们总无视你实际的工作产出？我遇到过这种奇葩，遭遇实在过于荒谬，我都像躲瘟疫一样躲着他们。

Also what are u even supposed to do when one of theses assholes is ripping u a new asshole over something completely out of your control? Saying sorry and cucking out makes them more mad. Talling back makes them more mad(but more effectitive). Sitting quite makes them more mad.

另外，要是遇到这种混蛋因为你完全控制不了的事情把你骂得狗血淋头，你该怎么办？道歉和认怂只会让他们更火大。顶嘴让他们更火大（但更有效）。装死让他们更火大。

This is a huge part of it. When your entire career strategy is fluffing eacother/quid quo pro to move up, you are very quiclly beyond your competance level

Im about to irish goodbye a job I like doing just because this is the style of manager they promote. Its a shame, but it will be worth it to find a place thats not like this anymore.

我正准备玩个“悄然后撤”（不辞而别），辞掉一份我还挺喜欢的工作，就因为他们提拔的那种经理风格就是这样。挺可惜的，但能找到个不一样的地方还是值得的。
