We've been tracking the saga of my missing sausages now for the better part of the year. I thought I was on to a winner when I found an Italian market that makes a sausage which is an homage to the one that is no longer being sold.

我那失踪香肠的故事大家跟了大半年了。找到一家意大利市场，做的香肠是在致敬那款停售的，我当时以为有戏了。

I use that term "homage" very loosely because the only similarity they have to the one I like is that they both have a little spiciness to them! Otherwise, they're not even made from the same type of meat or use the same spices.
