I finally got around to making spaghetti and meatballs with the Jovial gluten-free pasta I bought a few weeks ago.

Now, let me start with the Jovial part of this story. I've been cooking the Chinese rice noodles I bought in bulk last month and they've been good. They won't be confused for any kind of real pasta anytime soon, but they are still good.
