When I saw that Oreo had a new flavor out called "Fried Dough" I figured I had to give it a try. They were also rerunning a previous flavor, Apple Pie Ala Mode, which wasn't very good, so I skipped that.

The idea behind these Fried Dough Oreos is, one can only assume, to recapture the flavor of the popular fair/carnival treat. Those are regular Oreos that get dipped in batter and deep fried.
