Mariupol theater strike exposed Russian brutality in Ukraine

It was perhaps the single worst act of civilian killing in Russia’s war on Ukraine. The bombing of a theater in Mariupol came to symbolize Ukrainian sacrifice, and revealed Putin’s true intentions.
