Fish in casseroles isn't new, obviously, fish pie has been going on for as long as there's been fish and pie.

In America, however, we've relegated this concept almost exclusively to tuna noodle casserole.

But what if we take out the tuna and substitute in some other seafood? What about oysters? Clams? Shrimp? I wouldn't do salmon because I'm not a big fan of it.
