public school system , where these charter schools can refuse certain students admittance. ?.......The whole purpose of the charter school is to transfer public school money to large corporations owned by the Ruling Class/Rich ?

Why not just make better public schools better, where all the taxpayers money is used within the system and not transferred to these Charter Schools , who spend it on all kinds of things that these large Corps are offering ?
