smokes marijuana daily, if so how does MJ impact their academic/career and how successful(un) have they become?

My answer: No and since all the Companies I worked for drug tested every candidate prior to hiring and on the condition they could subject us to random drug tests I assume the people I worked with didn't smoke MJ bc I didn't see them smoke it on smoke breaks(they smoked cigarettes only).

Reason I'm asking is because I don't understand how MJ smokers say MJ improves their thinking, work, be better parents, etc.
