Some conversations about browsers came up in the very loooong thread about Apple software subscriptions. I didn't want to hijack that thread but I want to comment about Brave. One very important (to me anyway) reason I like it is its ad blocking capability. I have lower-tier Netflix and Hulu accounts that include ads. But I can watch them ad free on my iMac using Brave. Same with the CW network, Tubi, and several other streaming formats. The iMac is running OS Ventura 13.7.8 and Brave is up to date at v. 1.86.146 which is important as indicated below.
