No, but certainly portions of some states are populated with folks who primarily speak Spanish.

no full states but there are neighborhoods, even whole towns, where you hear more spanish than english in the daily life. like little pockets where the signs, the radio, the grocery store, everything is spanish. i think for someone not from here it can be surprising how normal that is.
