Not Going to the Office Today

Okay so my alarm went off and I just stared at the ceiling for twenty minutes like, is it worth getting up or should I just call in sick?

好吧闹钟响了，我盯着天花板愣了二十分钟，到底起不起来还是干脆请病假？

I don't even want to go to the office today, can I just send a slack message saying "I'm working from home" when I'm still in my pajamas?
