Sept 10 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump's pick to run the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Brian Quintenz, on Wednesday accused crypto entrepreneur Tyler Winklevoss of lobbying the White House to stall his nomination after a text exchange.
