BERLIN, Sept 5 - Workers at Thyssenkrupp Steel Europe (tkSE) voted to approve a sweeping restructuring plan, setting the stage for the revival of Germany's largest steelmaker, contingent on Thyssenkrupp AG's commitment to finance the initiative.
